Our Journey:

From Patient Need

to Breakthrough Innovation

This project was born from a clear clinical need. During his glaucoma fellowship at Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem, Dr. Brice Vofo, originally from Cameroon, witnessed how patients continued to lose vision due to undetected pressure spikes—simply because they lacked access to regular eye pressure monitoring. Motivated not only by his patients in Israel, but also by the urgent need for affordable solutions in developing countries, he envisioned a simple, accessible device for home use.

Around the same time, Dr. Lukas Badum, a German-born engineer pursuing his PhD at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, was working on advanced sensing technologies. When the two met, they combined their medical and engineering expertise to develop a novel tonometer that allows accurate IOP measurement through the closed eyelid—comfortable, easy, and designed for everyday use.

Following a successful clinical pilot study and the filing of a priority patent, we are now taking the next step: integrating the device with a scalable glaucoma care service. Our goal is to make high-quality glaucoma monitoring available to patients worldwide—through an innovative subscription model.

To bring this vision to life, we are currently seeking investors to support FDA and MDR approval, R&D, manufacturing, and quality systems. Together, we can make glaucoma care more proactive, personalized, and accessible—everywhere.

Our Vision:

Compassionate Glaucoma Care

At the core of our vision lies a simple belief: people living with glaucoma deserve more than just a device. They deserve real support, human connection, and the tools to confidently manage their condition.

While our tonometer enables accurate home monitoring, we’re building an entire care service around it. We don’t want to leave patients alone with their data—we want to walk the path with them. That’s why we’re creating a dedicated support system where relationships matter. Our team won’t be anonymous call center agents. Instead, they will be trained, compassionate healthcare professionals who take time to know the patients they serve.

To make this possible, we offer both Standard and Premium subscription models. The Standard plan provides patients with regular sensor tip deliveries and access to a smartphone app that tracks their IOP data and guides them through important next steps. The Premium plan includes everything in the standard model, plus the opportunity for regular, personal conversations with a glaucoma-specialized nurse—trained by our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Brice Vofo.

Our goal is to create lasting personal connections between patients and care staff—especially important in a field where most patients are over 60 and may need help navigating their disease.

We also envision a better healthcare work environment. Too many support roles today are reduced to performance metrics and rushed interactions. We believe in a different way: giving our employees the time, resources, and respect they need to truly care for others. With space for thoughtful conversations, patient follow-up, and even occasional in-person visits, we aim to foster an environment where healthcare professionals feel valued and inspired.

Happy employees. Supported patients. Better outcomes.
That’s our vision—delivered through medical excellence, technological innovation, and genuine human care.
